Cancellations - ​regardless of payment status:

More than 30 days' notice: full credit for future use. 6-30 days notice: 50% credit. Less than 5 days' notice: no credit.

Our sitters' schedules are planned weeks in advance, and cancellations impact efficient scheduling and available slots for others.
