Payment Terms:

Full payment is required within 3 days of receipt to secure your reservation. Apple Pay and credit cards accepted.

Due to limited sitter availability, to schedule a service and secure your reservation, payment is due and final. No refunds are available, but we do offer credit towards future services pursuant to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Payments are non-refundable. While we understand that plans change, we cannot offer a refund. In lieu of a refund, we are happy to apply your payment as a credit for future reservations.

More than 30 days' notice: full credit on next service. 6-30 days notice: 50% credit. 5 days or less notice: no credit.

Our sitters' schedules are planned weeks in advance, and cancellations impact efficient scheduling and available slots for others.
